These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and the text messaging program of Open Heavens, Inc., doing business as Open Heavens Church, a Missouri church and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Open Heavens Church operates an SMS program for people who ask to hear from us. Messages include a personal welcome from a church leader, answers to your questions about service times and directions, prayer request follow up, invitations to our Sunday 6:00 PM service, and occasional event reminders. Conversations are answered personally by our pastoral team.
You join the program only by giving express written consent. You may do this by submitting a form on bolivarchurch.com that includes SMS consent language, by submitting a Facebook or Instagram lead form for Open Heavens Church that includes the same language, or by texting our church number first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation in the life of the church.
Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us. Message and data rates may apply. Open Heavens Church does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation and then send you no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 417-377-9000 or [email protected].
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform provider, is permitted only to deliver the messages you asked for. All other use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued participation in the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Our text messaging program is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from Open Heavens Church. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly enroll anyone under 18 in the messaging program, and we will remove any such number promptly on request.
